Intel's response to Save Helvetia letter of 11/28/2012

The following is Intel's response to Robert Bailey's 11/28/2012 letter regarding Intel's D1X expansion and its associated soil removal.

Mr. Bailey,

This email is in response to your letter dated November 28, 2012.

The D1X expansion project will be hauling all (100%) excess soils to approved locations.  The locations are 100% approved landfills / rock pits permitted by DEQ and/or the Federal Government.
